HOW DO I ORDER?

WHAT KIND OF ARTWORK DO YOU REQUIRE?

We require png, jpg, photoshop, or vector artwork. 

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

No, shipping is a flat rate of $10

WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

14-21 days. 

CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE IMAGES ON A 12 x 12 SHEET?

Not at this time

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR ARTWORK?

If you submit finished vector art, there is no fee.

Recreation of an image $25

Custom $50 maximum of 2 revisions.

This is different from the setup fee.  We do not charge by the hour or based on complexity. 

HOW LONG CAN I STORE CUSTOM TRANSFERS?

3-6 months if stored in a cool, dry place.

DISCLAIMER: If you are not the original designer of the image, please make sure you are aware of what you CAN and CANNOT do with the file. Most Etsy stores allow usage for up to 100 items and many do not allow the images to be sold as transfers without permission or an additional licensure.

Your transfers will be placed in a fully intact package.  If the shipping carrier fails to deliver on time or delivers the package damaged please fill all claims with shipping company.  First class mail does not carry insurance, as such claims for late, damages or lost mail cannot be filed on those packages.

Iron On Instructions:

Warm up machine

Take a sample and test whether the temperature is suitable

Place transfer on shirt

Press at 302 Degrees -320 Degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 seconds (Heavy Pressure)NO TEFLON SHEETS, COVERS or PILLOWS needed.

If you use a household iron (note that it cannot be a steam iron), do not stay in one place for too long when ironing. Press back and forth evenly, and press the edges more time to prevent warping

Do not heat repeatedly. Otherwise, the transfer will wrinkle

After ironing, try to wash after 24 hours

Hand wash need avoid excessive rubbing. When machine washing, turn the clothes with the transfer inside out
